Share your CCDA v2.1 Experience

Passed my exam with 900 points. Thanks for Janella, fred damps and dstut.com. They are all valid but there were maybe 5 new questions (including DesertEagle27’s Qs). 15 drag-and-drop Qs, including 3 new ones (including Joe Public’s Qs), about 1st phase of PPDIOO (Budget, Technical and Organizational goals and constraints), and other one about virtualization (all type of virtual implementation, virtual machines/virtualization), RMON/SNMP/NETFLOW/CDP. Good luck and keep on.

Hi, does anyone if Actual test Version 4.2 is recently enough ? Which one is the latest ? Thanks in advance to all.

I just passed CCDA a while ago with a score of 897/1000. There are lots of new question not included on the dump. Try to study the virtualization (virtual machines, etc), 1st phase of PPDIOO as stated by CCDAnow..

Check also the IP addressing, there is a question in which layer (Campus core, distribution, vpn, e-commerce, acces) you will use Public IP addressing. Choices are about 10, they are looking for 4 best answers.

Another question is you will choose what are the step to gather network data before to be used in the design.

Passed Exam today with 825 Points.55 question. May be 45 from Fred.10 new questions. I had same questions the @DesertEagle27 wrote above. One new drag and drop about Virtualization. One drag and drop about Technical and Organizational goals and constraints. Good luck.

One more question about which order to use when you are planning to get information as fast as possible.
Traffic analysis,network audit,Documents

and a question that @kulisap write about IP addressin.

Passed CCDA 864 on 20th Dec 2011 …

I studied “Cisco.Certkey.640-864.v2011-08-18.by.fred.253q.vce” but life is always tough for me so as the exams i got max drag & drops and one of them was new :( … and i got more then 10 questions out of this fred253 in exam.

The passing score was 790 and i got 795 … just passed by a little glitch … so guys read

Cleared CCDA jst now with 854, as previously said by others i got around 10 new questions i.. 3 new DD,1 scenario & some MCQ’s .. check all the ques discussed above.

Like 5-6 new D&D, 10 new SCQ and I think no new MCQ.

Hello, new to this website. Taking the exam again shortly. How does one go about getting that “fred” dump people are talking about?

Just curious, how long did people study for the test before taking/passing?

fred is valid in 70-60% memorizing it will not giv you pass..

How much time it depends on you. Read and understand 640-863 self study, 650-864 official and posted above cheatsheets, do dumps (fred + others) = 500q, read the dstut.com. Read 642-874 for detailed info and some review from SWITCH/ROUTE CCNP books. If you want to know something – 2 months 3-4 days/week around 4hrs a day.

This exam is not easy :)

Thanks for the tips anonymous, my employer required me to pass the test in a month and my last chance is Friday. I’ve read the 640-864 cert guide twice and the Foundation learning guide so I’m hoping with that and these newly acquired “dumps” that I’ll have a good chance. I agree, it’s not easy, but I think after a few weeks of studying I’ve come far. I guess we’ll see come Friday.

pass with about 900… no problem if you study and UNDERSTAND all test questions in ccda guide v4 (about 500) , some dumps (there about 10-15 non correct answers) and comments on this site. If you not already real CCNA (SECURITY, VOICE and WIRELESS ;-))- yes, the material is very intensive to study and “hard” understand – it woud be better to reserve at least two weeks for prepearing the exam.

CCDA guide v4? What, where is that? Is that a book?

After going over these comments, I’m getting the sense that these dumps really aren’t worth much unless you pick the right one. Any concrete recommendations on which one is the most reliable. Test is Friday afternoon. I have the Fred version, the Alex one, and another I got from the comments. I got rid of the Jannella one after reading not so nice things about that one.

@mike i think fred and janella’s dumps have the same content ( with the same answers) if i got the correct fred dump. currently im also using janella. exam is also friday…

OK, so I bought that Pass4sure test today and it has quite a few questions with different answers from the fred dump. A couple drag-n-drops and some others. I’m thinking the only way to know for sure is to look up the answers myself, but I guess I would have assumed coming from a website that the answers would be correct, especially since they offer a guarantee. At this point I’m not really sure which dumps to trust, if any.
