hi Igor 642-873 has been phased out.
    the new exam is 642-874

    October 29th, 2011

Passed 642-874 today 29 Oct! Study material including 642-873 student guide plus AT5.8-1Sep2011. 80-90% questions are from AT5.8_1Sep2011. Walked through AT5.8_1Sep2011 twice (270Q) before exam but merely marginally passed 832/1000. Believe the answers AT5.8_1Sep2011 still got error as mentioned by others above.

    Hi Cheapnet,

Would you know what is the correct answer might be? Just hoping that you could help since you just passed this exam yesterday. Others that already passed are not responding anymore. There are some guys as well that is hoping for your help…

Thank you so much in advance.

i just passed but with barely the minimum 790, the lowest section i scored was design advanced ip addressing and routing solutions for the enterprises network 32% and design security services 51%.
Try to rework those questions in those sections, otherwise the material was pretty much the same content
Study material including 642-873 student guide plus AT5.8-1Sep2011. 80-90% questions are from AT5.8_1Sep2011

    This is a suicidal exam..

    Hi All,

I just nailed the exam today with 832/1000. Thanks to Krishna, Atish, Kash, Al, and everyone. I suggest you at least study CBT Nuggets 642-873 (Which is the only CBT available for now) if you do not have time to read through hundreds of pages in Cisco Study guides. My suggestion is to watch the CBT twice and take notes on the 2nd time to at least have a solid foundation rather than just Actual Test. But the only problem is, 642-873 does not have new topics in 874 obviously.

I got 832 Points because there are still some wrong answers in Modified AT5.8Sept01, in this forum, and some i must have forgot during the exam. Just to share some of my inputs, please the info’s below:

    04. C & D
    09. C & D

    258. B

    New Questions: (From Krishna)
    1. NAC – C
    2. Summarization – A & D
    3. Aggregation Layer – C
    4. OSPF Aggregation – B & D
    5. IP Telephony – C

    D & D
    (Krishna)

Auto RP – Dynamic utilizing RP mapping

    (Atish)

    @ Tipo, below are the new questions, same thing i got from Krishna;

    New Questions: (From Krishna)
    1. NAC – C
    2. Summarization – A & D
    3. Aggregation Layer – C
    4. OSPF Aggregation – B & D
    5. IP Telephony – C

@ Angryb1d, since your asking for my recommendation, i recommend not to use any VCE at the moment since there are still incorrect answers provided by others out there. You could use the strategy that i suggested from my last comment above.

I failed the exam twice now… actualtests dumps are basicaly always wrong most of the time. examcollection dumps are based on actualtests, so you made out your answer. Still not getting something good to try again. BTW, last Jason’s vce file is like a complete mess, I was trying to match ADD’s answers with that vce and it seems like he did not added krishna’s answers; also I foun that some ADD’s answers do not match the way Jason numerated the questions. Hope someone could take a look too and validate what I just wrote
