    Q149 – Answer is Layer-2-Edge Mode – Choice B – Refer – Page 373.
    Layer 2 mode:
The MAC address of the client device is used to uniquely identify
the device. This mode supports both virtual and real IP gateway operations in both
in-band and out-of-band deployments. This is the most common deployment
    model for LANs.
The edge deployment model is the easiest physical deployment option to understand. The Cisco NAS is physically and logically in line to the traffic path. VLAN IDs are passed straight through the device when in virtual gateway mode. This deployment option can become complex when there are multiple access closets.

I am taking my exam next Friday and am trying to stay up to date with everything. I have finished the study guidev2 reading since the new book is not out and have began reviewing the questions. I think with those two files I should be good but I am going to keep updating up to my exam day and after the exam.

    congrats Kumar good job …

  15. arch exam is a dud
    September 8th, 2011

Guy’s the exam is scaled from 300 to 1000 marks
So i think if you get 33% in a section , then this means that you got nothing right in that section
So for the first round people getting 33% in the IP section means all your questions were wrong.
good job Kumar, same as everyone else who has passed so far
low/but better on the security and IP sections

    network
    B. iBGP requires a full mesh of eBGP peers
    C. Routers will not advertise iBGP learned routers to other iBGP peers.
    D. The use of route reflections or Confederation eliminate any full mesh requirement while helping
